Title Senior Tableau Developer Type Full-time Primary Location Philadelphia Education Bachelor's Degree Rate Type Per year Job Description In this role, analysts will be responsible for providing business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions that address the needs of Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, and other teams across the organization using Tableau and other BI tools. A proven track record of strong communication and people skills is a must as this role requires heavy interaction with business users as well as members of various technology teams. The candidate will be accountable for design, development, implementation, and post-implementation maintenance and support. The candidate is expected to enforce the best practices to ensure all deliverables are met with high quality in a timely fashion. Job Requirements

• 3+--years' work experience with Tableau Desktop; adept in LOD calculations, table calculations, and advanced Tableau skills
• Excellent UI design and user experience design skills
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Python
• Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
• Detail-oriented and good with numbers
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with or strong interest in working for the financial industry (desire and ability to learn is a must for this position)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
