Job Description:

This is a fast-paced, highly visible product management role requiring technical expertise, product sensibilities, leadership skills, and teamwork. If you are a highly motivated product manager with a passion for the fast-changing video entertainment industry, this is the position for you. This position is open in Philadelphia, PA, and also in Bonita Springs, FL. We will pay to relocate the right candidate! We also like to reward hard work and provide bonuses on top of salary! Responsibilities:

• Define a product roadmap and drive delivery of products, features, and enhancements.
• Manage product and feature development from concept to launch. Define phases to iteratively solve business challenges.
• Write clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development: manage releases, prioritize development tasks, escalate/resolve/un-block, and generally ensure high velocity product development.
• Serve as the customer and business advocate
• Work with User Experience teams to create intuitive, delightful product experiences.
• Manage product and feature trade-offs.
• Contribute to messaging and positioning for the product; work with outbound marketing (white papers, web site, FAQ, presentations, etc.)
• Stay abreast of key consumer and commercial entertainment market trends Requirements:
  • A bias for action and a strong drive to get things done
  • Self-starter, leader, high energy level
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of demonstrated success defining mobile products, launching them, and supporting them in market.
  • Experience with Android applications preffered
  • The ability to organize features into realistic and planned releases
  • Strong communication skills. You will work with teams across geographies, and it is imperative that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Our products and plans are backed by rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of market data, user research, and consumer feedback.
