Job Description:

Business Unit: As the Campus Recruiter for Technology, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates for our technology internships and partner with program management for the selection of post graduate enterprise rotational program placements. This role designs, develops, plans, coordinates, and executes several aspects of the technology recruitment process including target university selection, on-campus recruiting and branding approach, evaluation of candidate applications, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers. - Processes requisitions and ensures requisitions are approved and posted to applicant tracking system.
- Regularly reviews employment applications, resumes, and other credentials.
- Conducts phone screens, in-person and on-campus interviews, and virtual interviews. Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews. Provides timely follow up and correspondence.
- Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, wages, benefits, allowances, and employment policies.
- Develop an understanding of business unit culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position.
- Develops and maintains relationships with University Career Centers and University Faculty to build and execute recruitment program and campus events calendar.
- Makes public presentations at career fairs, schools, and organizations regarding the Company and its employment opportunities.
- Initiates background and employment screening process.
- Ensures recruitment process is compliant with state and federal employment laws. Works with HR teams to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Extends offers of employment. Works with program management to facilitate relocation process for candidates, as needed. Handles several aspects of the recruitment process including: job requisition posting, sourcing, screening, selection and disposition.
- Creating regular reports, updates, and summaries on recruitment and candidates for program management.
- Designs and leads designated committee for intern onboarding, orientation and technology internship program
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule as necessary.
- Travel, especially during heavy periods of time such as the Fall and Spring Recruitment cycles.
- Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Requires 3-5 years working in technology campus recruiting
- Required technical knowledge of working computer science, engineering, and programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, and C++
- Experience with various interview formats and technical screenings (e.g. Phone, Skype, Montage and HackerRank) Required Skills
- Excellent client relationship skills and able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners while being a visible representative of the Company and the culture
- Team leader and contributor; able to work on teams and with designated Specialist
- Strong planning and organization skills
Job Specification
