Job Ad Template OU.LOCATION EIS Business in Lansdale is seeking a TEMPORARY Human Resources BusinessPartner to partner with IT and 2-3 support client groups andtheir leadership teams to provide business level input to thedevelopment of HR and human capital strategies that takes intoconsideration individual business needs and overall enterprise andHR strategy. Core competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectivelyat all levels of the organization with emphasis on guarding thesensitivity and confidentiality of HR matters. Regarded as a problem solver with strong capabilities incounseling, coaching, assessing, developing and hiring talent. Has action-based, closure-oriented HR operational attributes.Answering to multiple stakeholders and facilitating changemanagement with an emphasis on innovation and continuousimprovement is customary.Responsibilities: Develops the required knowledge of the business and managementstructure to be visibly impactful across all functions.Understands the short- and long-term strategic plans andpartners to deploy effective HR plans and solutions for thebroader business, which actionably result in enhancedorganizational capabilities.Manager multiple projects and initiatives to ensure effectiveimplementation and execution of program deliverables.Develops creative communications designed to address variouslevels of audience, which result in increased employeeengagement and understanding. Proactively gets ahead ofcommunicating by adeptly seeing the bigger picture.Drives the organization's performance management,compensation, reward and retention practices and strategies todirectly affect business continuity. Is relied upon as astrategic business partner when it comes to these topic areas.Reviews the effectiveness of activities on an ongoing basis,identifies opportunities for improvement and provides necessaryfeedback. Plays a key role in workforce planning, includinghelping to define plans to address gaps.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementingapplicable human resource federal and state requirements,conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representingthe organization on legal matters.Performs other generalist tasks Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relatedfield.Minimum of 2-4 years prior HR business partner work experienceof progressive responsibility and scope within HR or equivalentwork experience.Demonstrated work experience must include consulting with andadvising business leaders in a strategic business partner roleBroad work experience in all areas of HR, for example:employee relations, compensation and benefits management,training and developmentPrior experience within a matrixed business model.
