Virtual Recruiter Job Objective: You will recruit remote contractors to join our job board that are seeking the following job types: Transcription Medical Coding Clerical Proofreaders Writers Editors Data Entry Customer Service Representatives Reservationist Virtual Assistants A candidate recruit is someone that is qualified for any of the positions that we cover in our job network registry. The recruited candidate must be willing to become a member of our work at home career alert services. Our work at home career alert services will help the recruited candidate find several remote jobs based on their background skills and get hired more efficiently. Location: Telecommute from your home office. Compensation: High potential income earnings! We pay our remote contractors a flat rate fee $12.00 commission per recruited agent that joins our work at home career alert services. The average hourly wage is $12.00 - $24.00 per hour based off producing 1 to 2 sales on an hourly basis only. Payments: 1099 payments are paid bi-weekly on Monday via Paypal or we will mail you a check every other Monday. Flexible Work Schedule: Create your own flexible schedule! You can work anytime during normal business hours making outbound calls from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST. Hours: When working online work you can anytime 24/7 PT or FT hours, with no restrictions. We are closed on Sunday and all major holidays. You must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay active on this position, however you can work unlimited flexible hours. Virtual Recruiter Requirements: Ability to work remotely independently with minimum supervision Internet & Computer Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence. Ability to post 200 new job ads per day online to FREE classified ad sites. 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing or sales Telephone or cell phone with unlimited long distance. Must be very upbeat, friendly, detailed and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience. Must be able to complete and pass a felony verification check. We will train you fully online. Must have strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done!
