Job DescriptionRecruiters - Work from Home Goodwin Recruiting is one of the nation’s premier recruiting companies and has grown exponentially with double-digit increases every year since 1999. We are seeking experienced industry professionals or recruiters as we continue to expand our recruiting partners in our various industries including Hospitality, Finance & Accounting, and Medical Divisions.

However, if you have at least 2 years full cycle recruiting agency experience in medical or finance and accounting we will consider a small base for the first 3 months.• Successful partners may be invited to a buy-in Market Partner program with an elevated commission structure or growth into a leadership role• Partner as an independent contractor under your own small business LLC• Improve work/life balance while working from your home office• This is a sales position that includes cold calling on a daily basis• Day to day focus on generating new business, sourcing and interviewing job seekers and working with clients to introduce our candidates for their job opportunities• Daily efforts include: extensive phone time, webcam interviews and meetings, as well as in-person interviewing and client meetings• Being organized, highly disciplined and having excellent time management skills are traits that are essential to successRequirements• 5+ years field experience in either the hospitality, medical, or finance and accounting industries or agency recruiting experience• Past earnings history of $50k-$200k annually• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for achieving success• Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional home office environment
