Our client, a reputable investment management firm, is seeking a vibrant Recruiter to join their team in Plymouth Meeting, PA! You will be responsible for spearheading the full-cycle talent acquisition process for positions ranging from internships to high-level analysts.About You:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience of recruiting experience, either in an agency or corporate settingExperience working within an ATS and HRIS systemsExperience with LinkedIn RecruiterCreative problem-solving skills to develop recruiting strategiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple departmentsExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailDay to Day:Create and edit job postings to accurately portray responsibilities and requirements of open rolesSource candidates through job boards, postings, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategiesFacilitate the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screenings through final interviews, extension of offers, and onboarding of new hiresServe as main point of contact for external candidates and internal stakeholders including hiring managers, team members, and senior leadershipProvide transparent communication at all levels and serve as a professional and knowledgeable champion of the companyThis is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is seeking to keep their skills sharp and make an impact with a growing organization.
