Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist is heavily weighted on recruiting handling the open position lifecycle which includes position postings, applicant tracking, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new employees. The HR Generalist utilizes platform methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, colleges / universities, community services, etc. The HR Generalist administers leaves, training, unemployment, workers' comp, data reporting, comp changes, benefits and retirement plan administration, employee relations, performance management and employment credentialing. This is a specialized position looking for just the right team member to fit within a dynamic and energetic team. Who is CGRC?
