monetary policy, supervises banks and bank and savings and loan

of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern
New Jersey, and Delaware.Job Summary:The Senior Recruiter is a
full-cycle recruiter who partners with your client groups to create
a strategic hiring plan to fill open positions promptly with
qualified candidates who will help us achieve our goals. The Senior
Recruiter serves as the Hiring Subject Matter Expert to the
department hiring manager and follows all Bank hiring policies and
all applicable employment laws. The Senior Recruiter reports to the
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.What You Will Do:Develop hiring
criteria by discussing the job description, job requirements,
candidate requirements, position goals, competencies and target
salary with requesting departments.Develop sourcing strategy in
partnership with hiring manager with a focus on diversity candidate
sourcing. Sources to include Bank's contracted posting partners,
targeted niche online and print sources, social media, professional
associations and networking forums, resume mining, local and
regional colleges, employee referrals, prior applicants,
cold-calling passive candidates, etc. Develop new sources to fill
important needs to support Bank's diversity and outreach programs.
Monitor effectiveness of sources and make recommendations to adjust
sourcing strategy to achieve time to fill goals.Check applicants'
qualifications through screening processes including resume and
phone screening and administration and evaluation of tests for
specific jobs (when applicable). Schedule pre-employment medical
reviews (when applicable). Create and coach hiring managers on the
use of a behavioral interview guide based on important competencies
of the position.Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified
candidates to include a variety of interview techniques, including:
phone, Teams, panel, individual or group interviews, etc.Create and
coach hiring managers on the use of interview evaluation rubrics.
Counsel hiring managers on the evaluation of interview results and
hiring decisions as applicable.Consult with Compensation department
to determine appropriate market salary for potential employment
offers. Extend employment offers following Bank procedures.Notify
unsuccessful candidates of their status in a manner that generates
a positive impression of their experience with the Bank.Partner
with Staffing Associates to ensure prompt and accurate onboarding
and record-keeping.Maintain the Workday Applicant Tracking System
and track all hiring activity. Communicate with hiring managers on
all hiring activities.Analyze recruiting metrics to improve the
hiring process.Coordinate different community partnership programs
such as local High School Work Study programs and Philadelphia
Youth Network summer internships. Ensure Bank's compliance with
applicable laws concerning working with minors.Fulfill job
responsibilities in conformance with all Bank procedures and local,
state and federal laws. Help conduct high school and college
recruiting programs by conducting on-site campus recruiting and
attending job fairs and career events at selected high schools and
colleges.Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information and trends, as needed by management. Assist
employees by providing career counseling for nonexempt employees
(when requested).Keep Talent Acquisition Manager informed of any
new trends. Conduct in-house seminars related to talent
acquisition.What You Have:Education and Experience:Bachelor -s
degree and at least five years of related recruiting experience or
equivalent education and experience preferred.Knowledge and
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with both candidates and hiring
managers required.
- Experience using behavioral interviewing techniques
required.
- Knowledge of employment laws, including laws governing equal
employment opportunity.
- Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking systems,
resume databases and HRIS systems required, experience with Workday
strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting multiple types of positions strongly
preferred.
- Experience working with, challenging, coaching and supporting
all levels of management in the recruiting process required.
- Experience handling a large requisition load required.
- Experience with sourcing and interview processes designed to
promote diverse hiring practices required.
- Understanding of immigration law related to employment
