The ideal candidate is energetic, detail oriented, great with people, and has a background in recruiting, working with Unions, and EEO compliance.     • Job specific recruiting
    • Union recruitment letters
    • Union Hires and Orientation
    • Background check clearances
    • HR Harassment, EEO, and other relevant training
    • Apprentice program tracking & management for Unions
    • Compliance expertise and internal resource
    • Track and report E0400 for each job
    • Participate in turnover meetings for project goals
    • Maintain relationships with Regional Managers and Foremen for each job
    • Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills, Education, and ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.       • High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution AND two years of related experience and/or training
        • Equivalent combinations of experience and/or training may be considered
        • Experience working with a Union in an HR capacity
        • Experience with EEO compliance
        • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
        • Safety, OSHA certs, etc.
        • Competencies as needed
        • Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
        • Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
          • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources or related field
          • Experience with iCIMS ATS
