support hiring, Union, and compliance activity in our office in The
Navy Yard, Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate is energetic,
detail oriented, great with people, and has a background in
recruiting, working with Unions, and EEO compliance. Established in
1968 as the corporation's first heavy civil construction division,

- Job specific recruiting
- Union recruitment letters
- Union Hires and Orientation
- Background check clearances
- HR Harassment, EEO, and other relevant training
- Apprentice program tracking & management for Unions
- Compliance expertise and internal resource
- Track and report E0400 for each job
- Participate in turnover meetings for project goals
- Maintain relationships with Regional Managers and Foremen for
each job
- Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills,
Education, and ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of

- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an
accredited educational institution AND two years of related
experience and/or training
- Equivalent combinations of experience and/or training may be
considered
- Experience working with a Union in an HR capacity
- Experience with EEO compliance
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint)
- Safety, OSHA certs, etc.
- Competencies as needed
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as
relevant to job)Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or
university in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with iCIMS ATS
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certificationsPhysical DemandsThe
