OverviewOpportunity: Area General ManagerWe are seeking an
experienced and results-driven Area General Manager to lead
operations for two distinct Brooklyn properties: Hilton Brooklyn
New York and The Tillary Hotel Brooklyn. This dynamic role is
responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring
outstanding guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets
across both hotels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
background in multi-property leadership, a passion for team
development, and the strategic vision to elevate performance in a

- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture

- Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to

- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing
the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences,
and swift resolution of any issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions
and exceed expectations.Financial Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize
expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
- Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and
implement corrective actions as needed.Operational Excellence
- Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all
aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and
maintenance.
- Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or a
related field.

$225,000.00-$250,000.00 and the determined salary will be
commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience
