Job Description:

My client is looking to fill a need for an new exciting Superintendent role to fill in their Greater Philadelphia office.They are well established in the construction sector and specialize in Retail/Restaurant projects.Qualifications:

3+ years of Superintendent experience (preferably in the retail/restaurant sector) What's on offer:

- ESOP Key Responsibilities:
  - Managing assistant superintendents within the team
  - Oversee monthly job review meetings
  - Managing relationships with the design team, clients, trade partners, and inspectors
  - Assisting in maintaining all inspections, logs and quality control procedures
  - Recognize when RFI and change events are needed and work with the team to execute and distribute.
