Job Description Jersey Tempered Glass, Inc. has been providing
fabricated tempered and insulated glass for residential, millwork,
industrial and OEM use nationwide. Years of experience, skilled

Jersey Tempered Glass is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of
today's challenging and ever changing glass market We are growing
so now we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are
offering a great growth opportunity, casual dress code, and a
friendly work environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable
with customers, self-motivated, with positive 'can-do' attitude and
a team player. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage all incoming calls and emails. Assist the
customers providing accurate information in a timely, professional
and courteous manner
- Create sales quotes based on customer inquiries that come in
via email and phone.
- Ensure all daily sales functions (ordering, quoting, reporting,
pricing, customer calls, emails, research) are completed timely and
efficiently.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are processed
properly and expeditiously.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with customers
regarding quotes, order status and new business opportunities.
- Contact customers to resolve questions, inconsistencies or
missing data in purchase orders
- Generate product quotes for customers to provide information
about product pricing and availability
- Document, research and resolve customer complaints regarding
products+ or services and complete complaint processing procedure
in a timely manner
- Provide order updates to customers and process order shipments
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills for effective
communication with all levels of management, staff, vendors, and
customers.
- High attention to detail as there is a significant amount of
paperwork and data entry.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), analytical, math and
problem-solving skills.
- Team player demonstrating willingness to be flexible with tasks
and pitch in as needed.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management
skills.
- Russian or Ukrainian language is a plus
- Associates degree or bachelors degree preferred. Compensation
and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate (varies based on experience): $18- $
20per hour
- Benefits: health insurance, paid sick and vacation days, annual
bonus
