Pacific Companies presents an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician to serve as the Director of an established Breast Medical Oncology Program within a nationally recognized academic cancer center. Recently designated as an NCI Cancer Center, this institution is poised for significant expansion, supported by strong clinical programs, robust funding, and a highly collaborative scientific community. The incoming Director will guide a multidisciplinary team of five breast medical oncologists (with planned growth to seven or more) while helping shape the vision, culture, and trajectory of the program.
