Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide critical care and support to newborns in a dynamic neonatal intensive care setting, focusing on delivering exceptional nursing care within a specialized team environment. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Nurses with experience in neonatal intensive care who are passionate about supporting the health and development of the smallest patients. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the condition of newborns requiring intensive care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary staff Educate and support families on infant care and health needs Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment BLS and NRP certification preferred Location:Philadelphia, PA, offers a vibrant urban experience rich in history and culture.
