Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department Level I for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - ED ER /n/n Job Details: /n • Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians /n• Utilize nursing process to collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers and healthcare team members to individualize patient care /n• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice and departmental policies /n• Apply knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods and techniques in practice /n• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred /n• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required /n• Bachelor's degree preferred /n• Required licenses: PA Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support, Multi State Compact RN License /n• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is part of a major university medical system providing comprehensive emergency care services.
