Manage a wide range of adult conditions Focus on chronic disease management & preventive care Collaborate with subspecialists for continuity of care Key Responsibilities ? Conduct outpatient consultations & follow-ups ? Diagnose and manage conditions like hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc. ? Provide preventive care, screenings & lifestyle counseling ?
