Job Description Primary Care/Geriatrics Opportunities near
Philadelphia, PA Full-Time Opportunities available. Multiple
locations! Joining a thriving/growing primary care medical practice
specializing in the care of elderly adults. "The practice was
founded over 20 years ago with the goal of providing care to older
patients in a positive, compassionate and relaxed atmosphere." The
team includes multiple Primary Care/Geriatrics physicians,
Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners Description of
Practice: Homebound, Long Term Care & Hospital work Practice Mix:
75% Long Term Care/SNF, 25% (or less if desired) Hospital work 1:6
Night Phone Call (shared equally among all physicians), PAs take
nursing home call There are some Hospital rounds on weekends.
