Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Hospitalist (MD or DO) to join our dedicated inpatient care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking to make an impact in a community hospital with manageable patient volumes, excellent sub-specialty support, and a strong infrastructure. Position Overview: Provide inpatient care during a 7 on / 7 off block schedule (7 AM – 7 PM) Round daily on assigned patients (average 12–15 per physician ) Admit new patients and respond to rapid responses/codes Collaborate closely with intensivists in an open ICU setting (24/7 consultation available) Perform patient assessments, histories, physicals, and documentation in Paragon EMR Coordinate care with attending physicians, specialists, and hospital staff Participate as part of a cohesive hospitalist team managing 40–50 patients per day collectively No on-call duties Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BE must certify within 2 years) New York medical license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and license history DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Must be comfortable working in an open ICU with intensivist support Open to full-time 7 on / 7 off schedule Benefits Base Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 Starting Bonus: $15,000 Additional Bonuses: Productivity & Quality incentives Relocation Assistance available CME Allowance: $3,250 annually Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA & FSA Options Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Qualified Employer 403(b) Retirement Programs Generous PTO/Vacation and Sick Time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career Development Opportunities and Employee Discounts
