Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for placement in Morristown, New Jersey. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency by assessing condition, administering treatment, and coordinating with doctors and healthcare staff. Maintain accurate patient records and charts, documenting all care delivered. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Monitor current patients, identify issues, and coordinate with the healthcare team to prevent complications. Manage care for patients with a wide array of health conditions, both chronic and acute. Strong ability to work under pressure and in crisis situations effectively. Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey. BLS certification. ACLS certification preferred.
