Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care based on evaluations Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain medical equipment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and evaluate patient care Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home health management Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing professional development and in-service education Strong clinical skills in a medical/clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
