Flexible shifts, weekends required Job Summary: We are seeking a
Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team, providing
high-quality medical care to adult patients. This role involves
patient evaluations, diagnosis, and nonsurgical treatment of acute
and chronic conditions. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide
preventive care, health education, and disease management
counseling. Prescribe medications following New York state
regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and complete
documentation timely. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for
coordinated patient care. Participate in a rotating weekend
schedule to ensure coverage. Job Requirements: Active New York
State medical license and DEA certification. Experience in a
hospital or outpatient clinic setting preferred (new graduates
welcome). Knowledge of New York reporting laws and CME
requirements. Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient care
