Job Description Job Description We are a New York–based,
affirmative, and inclusive private practice providing psychotherapy
to adults across New York State and New Jersey. We help individuals
experiencing difficulties with their identities, relationships,
anxiety, mood, adjustment disorders, and trauma, as well as
immigration-related stressors. Our work is grounded in
cross-cultural, social justice-informed, insight-oriented, and
strength-based approaches. We truly prioritize work-life balance

collaborative work environment. We are seeking Licensed
Psychologists interested in a psychotherapy-focused role with high
professional autonomy and strong administrative support. This is a
remote, fee-for-service position with practice-provided referrals
and no productivity quotas. This position reflects ongoing clinical
needs within the practice, and we are excited to expand our team.
What We Offer Referrals provided by the practice. Administrative,
billing, credentialing, and marketing support. No requirement to
source your own clients. Telehealth practice with the option for
in-person sessions over time, based on client need. Flexible,
clinician-directed scheduling. Supportive and collaborative
clinical environment. Opportunity to facilitate group therapy, if
desired. Compensation This is a fee-for-service, independent
contractor (1099) role, structured to align with New York State
standards. Flat per-session compensation. Onboarding rate during
the first 90 days followed by an increased standard rate based on
client retention and clinical engagement (i.e., from $80 to $120
per session). Clinicians determine their own availability and
caseload. No minimum session requirements. Payments issued
biweekly. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy, based
on clinician's preferences and availability. Utilize
evidence-based, affirmative, and culturally responsive
interventions. Maintain timely and appropriate clinical
documentation. Provide services in a confidential, professional
telehealth environment. Requirements Active, unrestricted New York
State (New Jersey is a plus) license as a Licensed Psychologist.
Doctoral degree in a mental health field. Professional malpractice
insurance. Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and cultural
humility. * BIPOC, LGBTQIA, bilingual, and bicultural clinicians
