Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned therapists in a supportive environment, providing care that makes a daily impact on the lives of patients. You will play a critical role in implementing physical therapy plans created by our Physical Therapists tailored to meet each patient's unique recovery needs. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions with patients as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Document patient responses to therapy and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist. Help manage patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing progress. Assist in the maintenance of therapy equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Ability to follow physical therapy treatment plans effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions. Detail-oriented nature with a high degree of accuracy in documentation. Physical stamina to assist and support patients during therapy sessions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. CPR and First Aid certification.
