Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing high-quality
nursing care to patients within their homes. This role demands a
professional who can deliver personalized patient care and support
patient independence, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy

medications, perform diagnostic tests, and develop patient care
plans in accordance with established health care protocols. Assess
patient needs, collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver
effective care, and document patient status. Provide education and
support to patients and their families regarding health care
management. Observe patients' conditions and report any significant
changes to case managers and physicians. Ensure compliance with all
safety and health regulations during home visits. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to operate medical equipment Critical
thinking and problem-solving 401k Current RN license in the state
of practice CPR certified Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation
