Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Med Surg Float Pool Nurse Job Description The Med Surg Float Pool nurse provides comprehensive patient care across multiple medical-surgical units, adapting quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows. Nurses are expected to function independently, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and uphold all hospital policies and safety standards. Responsibilities Provide patient care across all inpatient medical-surgical units. Adapt to varying patient populations and unit workflows. Function independently with strong clinical judgment. Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS. Strong EPIC proficiency required. Schedule This is a 12-hour AM shift position with every other weekend required. Agency staff are not scheduled on holidays. Why ARMStaffing?
