Job Description RN – Nurse Educator Location: NYC ? Schedule: 40 hrs/week Focus: Maternal Adult Care | CHHA experience required About the Role We’re seeking an experienced RN Nurse Educator to lead staff development and clinical education for a large home care program in NYC. This role blends training, supervision, and hands-on nursing expertise , ensuring staff readiness and excellence in patient care. What You’ll Do Lead Field Preceptor Program & clinical skills training Educate staff on maternal, adult, and behavioral health topics Conduct supervisory field visits & competency assessments Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and Joint Commission standards Support OASIS documentation accuracy Provide direct patient care in the field as needed What We’re Looking For Active NY RN License BLS/PALS Bachelor’s & Master’s in Nursing (required) COS-C Certification (or within 1 year of hire) 3 years RN experience , including 2 years in home care or nurse education Knowledge of CHHA guidelines adult learning principles Proficiency in Epic H2O & Microsoft Office ?
