Job Description:

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient services team at Mercy Fitzgerald. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services aimed at improving patient mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities. This role requires a commitment to delivering patient-centered care and an enthusiasm for community health and wellness in alignment with our mission. Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to address patient needs such as pain relief, muscle strengthening, and coordination. Record patients' progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver effective patient care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Strong understanding of various physical therapy techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania. CPR/BLS certification.
