Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting physical therapists in administering treatments and physical interventions as part of a comprehensive care plan. You will play a key role in helping patients achieve, maintain, and recover optimal functional status and quality of life in the settings of injuries, disabilities, and post-surgery conditions. Assisting physical therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans for recovery and maintaining physical function. Documenting patient responses to treatments and reporting the outcome to the supervising physical therapist. Educating patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and positive patient experience. Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adherence to treatment protocols. Familiarity with using physical therapy equipment and proper handling techniques. Basic administrative skills for maintaining accurate records of patient care.
