Schedule Days 7P - 7:30A Job Description We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying, and interpreting serious situations. Prioritize and take immediate action in emergency situations. Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, and cardiac monitors. Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician. Record observations and nursing interventions accurately. Document health care requirements and prepare assignments for team members. Plan and implement care delivery and coordinate documentation of care. Maintain adequate supplies and equipment and ensure a safe environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of recent ER RN experience. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (mandatory). Ventilator experience is required.
