Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool Job Details: • Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under licensed physician direction • Utilize nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards • Float between medical surgical and telemetry units as needed • Work with principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice • Individualize patient care through collaboration with professional peers • Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures • 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred • Graduate of accredited school of nursing required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required • Basic Life Support certification required • Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area Facility: This major academic medical center serves as a leading healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and specialized care.
