for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Med/Surg Tele RN We are
seeking a skilled Med/Surg Telemetry RN with a minimum of 2 years
of acute care experience. You will provide high-quality nursing
care to adult patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit,
monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Strong assessment skills,
clinical judgment, and proficiency with telemetry monitoring are
essential. Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, and implement nursing
care for patients on a med/surg telemetry unit - Monitor and
interpret telemetry readings, recognizing changes in patient status
- Administer medications and treatments according to standards of
care - Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the healthcare
team to coordinate patient care - Educate patients and families on
care plans and health maintenance Qualifications: - Current RN
license - Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing
experience - Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and
communication skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
