Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days,
nights - Employment Type: Local Contract NICU RN We are seeking an
experienced NICU RN with a minimum of 2 years of neonatal intensive
care experience. You will provide specialized care for critically
ill and premature newborns, collaborating closely with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. Strong
assessment, clinical judgment, and neonatal expertise are
essential. Responsibilities: - Deliver direct care to critically
ill and premature infants - Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and
other specialized equipment - Administer medications, treatments,
and interventions according to protocols - Collaborate with
neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members -
Educate and support families on care plans and infant development
Qualifications: - Current RN license - Minimum 2 years of NICU
experience - Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and
communication skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
