Job Description:
The Medical Hospitalist will render professional medical
services to hospitalized patients, admitting medical patients,
providing supervision for resuscitation and stabilization of
critically ill patients. Maintain and follow medical patients as
assigned. Responsible for admissions, rounding, and discharging
patients with the assistance of Advanced Practice Professionals.
Jefferson Health-Torresdale delivers a wide range of emergency,
primary and specialty care in a warm, friendly, service-oriented
environment. The Torresdale Campus is a Comprehensive Stroke,
STEMI, and Level II Trauma center. Torresdale also offers a
Faculty/Teaching service with a full complement of resident
physicians. Full-time Day shifts available with 7 on/7 off
scheduling, PTO time, and CME. Candidates would need to be
available to work at Bucks and Frankford Hospital as needed. Work
