Opportunity Highlights - Approximately 75-80% administrative and 20-25% clinical role - Provide leadership through oversight, planning and execution of initiatives in Quality Improvement (primarily Vizient and US News & World Report) - Ensure appropriate utilization of clinical resources - Coordinate effort to improve clinical core measures, and implementation of patient safety, satisfaction and effectiveness initiatives - Develop policy, statistics and protocols to accomplish these goals - Total compensation range of $700,000-750,000 - Comprehensive benefits - 6 weeks of PTO Community Information - Considered one of New Jersey’s top suburbs, this community is safe, diverse, and known for its excellent schools.
