Job Title: Registered Nurse Shift Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Location: Media, PA Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. As an Ambulatory Care RN, you will be responsible for managing patients with chronic and acute conditions and coordinating care across various specialties. - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. - Perform and assist with various clinical procedures, such as wound care, administering injections, managing IVs, and monitoring vital signs. - Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) according to established guidelines and protocols. - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and continuity across different care settings.
