Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Speech-Language Pathologist Role $2,357-$2,457 per week MedAdventures is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary school. If you’re driven to make a difference in the lives of young students by helping them develop critical communication skills, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students. - Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. - Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ communication goals. - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Valid state SLP license or eligibility. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. - Previous experience in a school setting is a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
