ANESTHESIOLOGY - GENERALIST - STARTING PACKAGE $630K (SAYRE, PA) - TG_ANES_GEN_SAYRE

Highlights of the Position
--- Anesthesiology Residency Program
--- 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms
--- Level I Trauma Center
--- 40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
--- Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
--- Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
--- The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
--- Above industry average salary - $525K to $575K total comp
--- $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
--- $15K Quality/Citizenship Bonus available yearly

--- Malpractice/Liability Insurance, including tail coverage
--- Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
--- Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals
--- $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist

--- Annual reimbursement for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies
--- Guthrie has seven residency programs, including the Anesthesiology Residency. Guthrie is a regional campus of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
