Registered Nurse (Every Weekend) - Part TimeAs a Med Surg Registered Nurse/Telemetry at Crozer Health, you will----- -provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from assessments, using IV skills or EKG, giving Meds and evaluations, to utilizing Combative Patient Skills training, including de-escalation.

* Developing Individualized Plans of Care
* Following of Five Medication Rights
* Performing Patient Care
* Equipment Utilization
* Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion
* Documenting Nursing Process
* Communicating with the Physician

Requirements

* BSN preferred
* Current PA RN License
* BCLS certification
* Mandated and Permissive Reporter Training
