Job Description:
Rydal Park is seeking per diem Nursing Assistants to join our
Medical Center team! We actively incorporate our Philosophy for
Person-Directed Care and strive to provide exemplary care to
residents, assisting with basic needs, activities of daily living,
and recreational activities. CNAs have a manageable workload and
can focus on high-quality care with our new, lower staff to
resident ratios. Rates starting at $19 depending on experience,
with night, evening, and weekend shift differentials. Certified
Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program is
required. Prior CNA or caregiving experience is preferred, and new
