Job Title: Registered NurseAveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
