Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Rescue Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Temple University Hospital. As a key member of our Capacity Management Center, you will play a critical role in coordinating the delivery of nursing services to patients across our organization.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization, including Temple University Hospital, Jeanes Campus, Episcopal Campus, and Fox Chase Cancer Center.
• Round on all units and use automated surveillance systems to monitor and engage with bedside staff to identify patients at risk for clinical deterioration.
• Serve as an expert clinical resource to provide education and debriefing after an RRT/Code event has occurred.
• Conduct monitoring on patients downgraded out of Intensive Care Units to lower acuity units.
• Provide educational in-services as appropriate.
• Track, collect, and monitor metrics used to measure the productivity and quality of care delivered in all areas of the program.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
  • 5 years of experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting (Required)
  • 3 years of experience as a RN in critical care, pre-hospital, or emergency nursing (Required)
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and RN-LIC certifications (Required)
  • CCRN, CEN, or PHRN certifications (Preferred)
