Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Tele/Medical Surgical team at Taylor Hospital. As a Med-Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and perform various medical procedures
• Utilize equipment and technology to enhance patient care
• Respond to crises and de-escalate situations using Combative Patient Skills training
• Document nursing process and communicate effectively with physiciansRequirements
  • BSN preferred
  • Current PA RN License
  • BCLS certification
