Job Summary St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is recruiting afull time BC/BE Neonatologist to join our team. As part of a multi-disciplinary and clinically integrated team you will provide care to the patients within our affiliatedLevel III NICU and Academic Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. What you can expect:

• Work in a Level III 26 bed NICU, average daily census of 18 babies
• Approximately 2,500 deliveries a year and 400 NICU admissions. Caring for babies as young as 23 weeks gestation
• 2 Neonatologists and 1 Physician Assistant day shift, 1 Neonatologist and 1 Physician Assistant night shift, NICU certified RNs, Social Workers, Nutritionists and tenured support staff.
• 24/7 Neonatal Physician Assistants in NICU to provide support
• Newborn Nursery is staffed by pediatricians.
• The division has a strong commitment to quality improvement work and participates in the Vermont Oxford Network.
• This strong team-based approach focuses on providing the highest level of quality care and delivers excellent health outcomes that exceed the national average for critically ill newborns each year.
