IP collaborates and consults with physicians, managers, and staff for the management and prevention of infectious diseases. Plan, organize, develop, and direct all staff development educational programs throughout the facility. Providing learning opportunities that will enable all employees to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively. Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Educator/ Infection Preventionist: Ability to work independently or part of a group. Leadership Experience Communication Skills Computer knowledge.
