Crozer Health (CH) is seeking full-time newly graduated nurses for The Fall 2023 Emergency Department and Critical Care Nurse Residency Program (including: ICU, Burn Center, Neuro-Surgical ICU, Surgical Trauma, and the Emergency Departments) within Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital. If selected, nurses will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within one of the nursing departments identified. These positions will be full-time rotating shifts. PLEASE NOTE: During orientation, residents will work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts, up to 40 hours a week. The applicants that are selected and hired for this program will be eligible for a $21,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 in student loan forgiveness. If selected, Crozer will also pay for the NCLEX exam if passed. (this includes the exam only) Positions are available in the following departments:

• Emergency Department
  • CCMC
  • Taylor
  • DCMH
  • Critical Care:
    • CCMC:
      • ICU
      • Burn Treatment Center
      • Neurosurgical ICU
      • Surgical Trauma ICU
      • Taylor
        • ICU Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. Candidates that meet the criteria for the position will be contacted and scheduled for an interview. Applicants are encouraged to input NCLEX dates on their application under the licensure section. Please be advised that nurse residents will be required to work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts during their orientation period. Each candidate must obtain their PA RN license in order to begin in the Nurse Residency Program.
