  • Master's Degree from an accredited college/university in a Human Services profession
  • LCSW, LPC or LMFT, or licensure eligible preferred
  • One year post-Master's experience with children, adolescents, or families
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use electronic health record required
  • COVID-19 Vaccination or willingness to receive vaccine requiredSPECIFIC DUTIES:
    • Evaluate and assess the needs of individuals seeking services
    • Collect all pertinent information including demographic history, history of presenting problem, family background, testing evaluations, medical evaluation, etc., as indicated for initial and ongoing treatment
    • Develop with the person served specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) treatment goals and objectives
    • Provide individual, group and/or family therapy
    • Ensure that delivery of clinical treatment is congruent with models and practices listed in job summary
    • Participate in case conferences
    • Complete all required documentation in accordance with PATH policies and procedures
    • Maintain performance expectations regarding productivity
