Children, a partnership between our hospital and Drexel University,
is a 188-bed facility that provides exceptional care to children
throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.
St. Christopher's has more than 220 pediatric experts on staff,
combining top-notch pediatric care with a wide array of pediatric
specialties including Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat,
Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Orthopedics. It houses the only
Verified Pediatric Burn Center between New York City and Baltimore
and is one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in

Description The ideal candidate will be a licensed psychologist,
with a background in clinical, school, or pediatric psychology, and
extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of pediatric
behavioral health disorders. The clinician should have a broad
knowledge base of evidenced based treatment approaches for
pediatric developmental and behavioral health disorders, including
experience with behavioral interventions and psychotherapeutic
strategies. Importantly, this clinician should be familiar with the
systems in place to support pediatric developmental and behavioral
health, including broad knowledge of special education programming
and policy as well as community behavioral health systems. This
position will require working with interdisciplinary teams across
physical and behavioral health to support patients and their
families. There may also be opportunities to support learners
including psychology externs and medical students, residents, and
fellows. St. Christopher's hospital is proud to announce a
psychology internship programming, beginning in July 2023
(Psychology Doctoral Internship Program - the hospital).
Opportunities may also be available to supervise future psychology
interns. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have experience working
with a diverse demographic of clients and providing culturally and
