Job Description The ideal candidate will be a licensed psychologist, with a background in clinical, school, or pediatric psychology, and extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of pediatric behavioral health disorders. The clinician should have a broad knowledge base of evidenced based treatment approaches for pediatric developmental and behavioral health disorders, including experience with behavioral interventions and psychotherapeutic strategies. Importantly, this clinician should be familiar with the systems in place to support pediatric developmental and behavioral health, including broad knowledge of special education programming and policy as well as community behavioral health systems. This position will require working with interdisciplinary teams across physical and behavioral health to support patients and their families. There may also be opportunities to support learners including psychology externs and medical students, residents, and fellows. St. Christopher's hospital is proud to announce a psychology internship programming, beginning in July 2023 (Psychology Doctoral Internship Program - the hospital). Opportunities may also be available to supervise future psychology interns. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse demographic of clients and providing culturally and linguistically responsive care.
