all.Inside Sales Representative- Healthcare +Aramark is seeking an
Inside Sales Representative (ISR) focused on developing a long-term
Sales & Marketing career in driving new business. Job
ResponsibilitiesThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for
maintaining territory data integrity, generating, qualifying and
nourishing leads, advancing the sales process, and supporting the
achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. ISRs will work
closely with Directors of Business Development and Marketing in
outbound marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of techniques
using telephone, email, webinars and in person activities to
convert prospects or marketing leads into qualified sales leads.
ISR's efforts will be complemented by digital outreach strategies
such as e-mail campaigns, digital ads, and account-based marketing.
ISRs will also conduct research on individuals, titles, and
companies to understand the reporting structure, and
decision-making hierarchy / process within an organization to help
assist in the effectiveness of the sales process. In the lead
generation/qualification process, ISRs will be collecting critical
prospect intelligence such as contacts involved in the buying
decision, existing service provider (competitor), areas of
strengths and opportunities, and other information that can be used
to accelerate the sales process to win new business.Our ideal
candidate must have passion for a sales career in a B2B
environment, passion for learning about a variety of
prospects/clients in various industries in an ever-changing
landscape of service industry of dining and facility services. A
strong work ethic, outgoing personality, exceptional communication
skills and a curious intellect is a must to succeed in a quota
driven fast paced environment. Ability to build knowledge of
Aramark (what you are marketing/selling) and various industries you
are prospecting is critical. High energy, self-motivation,
persistence, a positive outlook and the ability to pitch/sell to
Fortune 500 executives and decision makers are critical to
success.This is an inside sales position with significant rewards
for top performance, and for those who have the ability to convert
target prospects into viable Sales Leads. Top performance in this
role will lead to Director of Business Development promotional
opportunities.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree is
required. A minimum of 2 years inside sales experience in a B2B
environment ideally selling services into Fortune 1000 companies.
High end strategic selling experience is required.
