QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certified in one of the following:
Emergency Medicine
Family Medicine
Active PA Medical License
Active DEA Registration
DOT Certification (or willingness to apply)
Valid ACLS & PALS certifications
Child Abuse clearances and criminal background checks required

Salary (range): $115-hour - $130-hour but negotiable based on type and years of experience
